Accidents do happen, and when they happen the probability of Facial
trauma is common. During an accident, a hit on the face probably leads
to a fracture of the upper and lower jaw. If either of this happens
it needs to be corrected. If the break is large, only a surgical option
can resolve the situation. If the break does not dislocate the bone, then
it is possible to tighten the mouth and disallow movement for upto a month.
